Victor & Rose is led by Robert Tammaro, whose background is in brand consulting. He has helped global businesses reposition themselves and build long-term value for more than two decades.

Alongside that, property has always been a personal passion. Over the years, he has invested, renovated and flipped multiple properties, developing a particular appreciation for buildings with character, history and untapped potential.

The business is named after his parents, who moved to the UK from Italy in the 1950s. They built a life for themselves through hard work, resilience and community.

That story still shapes the business today. Good judgement.Hard work. And a belief that better buildings create better places around them.
